		<description>All right, I&#039;ve got total bread envy! I tried this recipe last fall after reading about it on Alexandra&#039;s Kitchen.  Her finished product was a beautiful round boule just like yours.   My first attempt was less than stellar, but perhaps I should have more strictly followed the instructions and used the 6 cups of flour and refrigerated and all that.  Seeing your results makes me want to try again, next time without tweaking at all.  I&#039;m still trying different recipes on my way to becoming a confident bread maker and fulfilling one of my two New Year&#039;s resolutions.  (The second is to do a headstand in yoga!)</description>
